At St Gabriel’s, helping the local community through charitable events is essential to our culture. Here are just some of the charitable events we take part in.
We give generously to Bury SVP and we make Christmas hampers for those in our community who need it most.
During Advent we raise funds for CAFOD World Gifts. We raised £729.84 and bought 15 packages to help a refugee child.
Throughout Lent we collect monies for Caritas St Joseph’s Penny. Each Year Group campaigns to raise as much money as they can for this cause.
In addition to this we also raise funds when there are emergency disasters around the world and help with other charity events throughout the year.
