Food Technology
Food & Nutrition is a crucial life skill and plays a key role in combating childhood obesity. We aim for all children to graduate high school with basic cooking skills, nutritional knowledge, and a love for cooking. This ensures they can provide healthy and nutritious meals for themselves and their families in the future.

Hospitality & Catering
The Vocational Award in Hospitality and Catering teaches students about the sector and its career opportunities. This practical course helps learners develop specialist cookery, patisserie, and general skills. These skills support their progression to employment or further study.
